Pitch for employees

IT installs Pitch Connector in PowerPoint. Connect your Smartwyre account once, then do your presentation work through Pitch in ChatGPT.

Before you begin

  1. Do not install Pitch from Microsoft Marketplace or upload a manifest.
  2. Smartwyre IT assigns the PowerPoint add-in to your Office account.
  3. A ChatGPT workspace owner separately publishes the Pitch connection.
  4. If Pitch is missing, reopen PowerPoint, confirm your Smartwyre Office account, then contact IT.

Connect a presentation

  1. Open the target presentation in PowerPoint.
  2. Choose Pitch Connector on the Home ribbon.
  3. For first connection, complete Smartwyre sign-in in the secure window. There is no code to copy and nothing to send in chat.
  4. After PowerPoint announces Connector ready, the pane shows the connected Pitch account, active presentation, service health, and recent activity.
  5. Close the pane whenever you want; Pitch Connector continues in the background. Work through Pitch in ChatGPT, and use the connector only for status or recovery.

Available actions

  1. Describe the intended change naturally; Pitch applies approved defaults and asks only for a genuine close match.
  2. Search and insert one or several approved library slides.
  3. Insert an exact approved Font Awesome Duotone icon from ordinary icon wording; Solid is explicit-only and PowerPoint shapes or other icon libraries are never fallbacks.
  4. Insert an approved company logo for a light or dark background.
  5. Replace a selected object without deleting it until exact insertion succeeds.
  6. An explicit external request returns a handoff; Pitch itself inserts nothing unapproved.

Completion

  1. A change is complete only when its operation reports succeeded.
  2. Pitch checks the current presentation before every write and stops while disconnected.
  3. If Pitch reports stale or ambiguous context, focus the intended presentation and click Pitch Connector in the ribbon.
  4. Report failed operation IDs to an administrator; do not accept a visual approximation.
