Authorized use
Pitch is provided by Smartwyre for authorized workforce use. Users must follow Smartwyre policies, protect their accounts, and use Pitch only for legitimate business presentation work.
Service boundaries
Pitch uses approved Smartwyre sources for exact slides, logos, and icons. It may refuse ambiguous, stale, unauthorized, unsupported, or external-source requests. Users remain responsible for reviewing presentation content and confirming that it is appropriate before sharing or relying on it.
Availability and changes
Smartwyre may change, suspend, or withdraw Pitch, its approved library, or a user's access for operational, security, legal, or policy reasons. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
