Who this applies to

Pitch is a Smartwyre workforce service for authorized employees. Smartwyre operates the Pitch plugin, its bundled MCP capability, the Pitch cloud service, and Pitch Connector.

Information Pitch processes

Pitch processes the authenticated employee identity supplied by Auth0, presentation requests sent to Pitch, approved-library search terms, PowerPoint presentation and selection context, operation status, exact-execution receipts, and limited technical information needed for security and reliability.

Request text is processed to resolve the requested operation but is not stored in Pitch MCP telemetry. Telemetry is limited to tool and principal identifiers, hashed request correlation, result class, operation identifiers, versions, and latency. Pitch does not receive Microsoft 365, OneDrive, or SharePoint OAuth tokens.

How information is used and shared

Information is used only to authorize employees, search approved material, coordinate private PowerPoint operations, verify results, prevent replay or cross-presentation execution, support the service, and investigate security or reliability issues.

Pitch does not sell personal information or use private presentation content for advertising. Service providers process information only to operate the authenticated Pitch service under Smartwyre's controls.

Control, retention, and questions

Access is limited to verified Smartwyre identities and may be suspended or revoked by an authorized administrator. Operational and security records are retained only as needed for service integrity, audit, and legal obligations. Employees can use Smartwyre's established IT or privacy channel for access, correction, deletion, or policy questions.
